A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF WAKAW TO REGULATE
THE OPRATION OF SNOWMOBILES WITHIN THE
LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF WAKAW
WHEREAS Council deem it expedient to permit the operation of Snowmobiles within the Town of Wakaw;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WAKAW IN OPEN MEETING ASSEMBLED ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1. Not withstanding the provisions contained in Subsection one (1) of Section 21 of the Snowmobile Act of 1973 it shall be lawful to operate a snowmobile between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. on any public highway except Provincial Highway No. 2 within the limits of the said Town.
2. Not withstanding Section 1 of this Bylaw it shall be lawful to operate a snowmobile on the portion of Provincial Highway No. 2 for the purpose of crossing the said highway.
3. Bylaw No. 9/76 is hereby appealed.
4. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the date of final approval of the highway Traffic Board.
