5001 gallons and up - $16.00 per/1000 gallons

Sewer: Up to 7000 gallons of  water consumption - $110 minimum
          7001 gallons of water consumption and up - $2.00 per/1000 gallons

Minimum Water Bill - $240.00/Quarter
